Following a productive start to the year, ZOJE’s Overseas Sales Manager, Mr. Ben Lee, has completed the second week of his business journey in Saudi Arabia. This week's agenda includes in-depth technical discussions and on-site visits to partner factories, further reinforcing the company's commitment to localized services and collaborative technological development.
The discussions focused on practical, high-value integrations, including:
1) Integrated ANPR Solutions: Discussing how to further refine license plate recognition accuracy for regional vehicle plates.
2) System Effect Visualizations: Using detailed system logic diagrams to help partners visualize the entire user journey, from vehicle approach to seamless exit.
3) Localized Software Adaptations: Listening to requirements for specialized reporting and payment interfaces tailored for the Saudi market.
On-site visit: In-depth communication with factory workers on the front lines
A highlight of the second week was Ben Lee’s visit to the manufacturing facility of one of ZOJE’s key partners. Moving beyond the formal meeting room, this visit allowed for a more direct and practical exchange of ideas with the partner’s frontline technical and engineering teams.
During his interactions with local employees at the factory, Ben shared insights on the structural design and maintenance of smart turnstile gates and barrier gates systems through whiteboard demonstrations and practical explanations. The atmosphere was very enthusiastic, and while sharing ZOJE's manufacturing experience, Ben also attentively listened to firsthand feedback from local engineers regarding the equipment's performance in the specific local environment.
"There is no substitute for standing on the factory floor together," Ben noted. "It’s where we truly understand how our products integrate into our partners' workflows and where we find the small details that make a big difference in long-term reliability."
The second week of our trip is almost over, and ZOJE's original intention remains unchanged: on-site visits help us clarify our goals; being closer to our partners means we can be there when they need support. We've always believed that a face-to-face conversation or a visit to the workshop is far more effective than sending a hundred emails.
