Recently, we completed the production of dual-lane full-height turnstiles. These units were customized to meet the specific requirements of a client in the United States. Having successfully passed all pre-shipment performance tests, they are now being packed for delivery.

Product Features and Craftsmanship Details:

These full-height turnstiles are constructed from 316 stainless steel. Compared to traditional 304-grade material, 316 stainless steel offers superior corrosion resistance and weatherability; even in challenging outdoor environments, it maintains its structural integrity and surface finish, thereby effectively reducing long-term maintenance costs.


In terms of manufacturing, we employ a meticulous brushed-finish process, endowing the unit's surface with a refined, textured metallic luster. The entire housing is assembled using a seamless, weld-free technique; this not only enhances the overall aesthetic appeal but also eliminates potential corrosion risks typically associated with weld seams, further ensuring the long-term durability of the equipment.


Core Performance: Smoothness and Security

1. Fully Automatic Brushless Motor: This device is equipped with a high-performance brushless motor, ensuring smooth operation and low noise levels. Upon successful access authentication, the turnstile arms automatically rotate 90 degrees to facilitate passage; the system boasts an extremely rapid response speed, significantly enhancing the overall user experience.

2. Bidirectional Access & Intelligent Anti-tailgating: The full-height turnstile supports bi-directional traffic for both entry and exit, and is outfitted with a professional anti-tailgating system and collision-prevention mechanisms. Each successful authentication permits the passage of only one individual at a time, effectively regulating traffic flow and elevating security standards.


3. Reinforced Rotating Shaft: The internal rotary shaft has undergone structural reinforcement to ensure uniform load distribution and exceptional impact resistance. Even under conditions of high-frequency and prolonged usage, the mechanism maintains precise positioning and stable operational performance.


For this project, our U.S. client opted for a customized dual-lane model, primarily to maximize pedestrian throughput within a limited spatial footprint. Based on the installation site data provided by the client, we optimized the internal structure of the cabinet and incorporated multiple biometric interfaces to facilitate the client's future integration of fingerprint scanners, facial recognition systems, or RFID card readers.


Furthermore, to ensure safety during international transit, we utilized high-strength, sealed wooden crates packed with shock-absorbing materials; additionally, we applied protective laser film to critical components to prevent surface scratches during sea freight.
