In the practical application of intelligent access control systems, ZOJE focuses on balancing efficiency and safety. The elastic shock-absorbing structure of the anti-collision swing turnstile not only reduces mechanical wear but also keeps passage time below 0.3 seconds. The anti-collision swing turnstile controls risk through a triple protection mechanism: first, it employs a flexible swing arm design and a shock-absorbing structure to form a physical protective layer against collisions during passage; second, it is equipped with a matrix infrared sensor network to monitor the dynamics of the passage area in real time. If abnormal lingering or wrong-way entry is detected, the system will activate emergency braking within 0.3 seconds; finally, it uses integrated AI algorithms to predict the passage trajectory. When high-risk actions are identified, such as children climbing or carrying bulky luggage, the anti-entrapment protection program is automatically activated.
Flexible Swing Arm Design: The swing turnstile arm's connecting components are designed to be flexible. Upon impact, these flexible components absorb most of the energy, allowing the swing arm to quickly return to its original position thanks to its self-recovery function. This design not only reduces damage to the swing turnstile but also minimizes the risk to pedestrians.
Polarity Components and Alarm System: The swing turnstile arm's flexible components also function as polarity components. When the impact force reaches the preset polarity, the arm and motor shaft become misaligned, triggering the alarm. This mechanism responds quickly to abnormal situations, and the alarm is deactivated when the arm returns to its original position.
Precise Control Unit: The swing turnstile's internal control unit accurately detects the impact force and the arm's flexion angle. Upon detecting an anomaly, the control unit switches to maintenance mode, using PID control to adjust the motor's braking frequency and current. This rapidly dissipates the impact energy, protecting both the gate and pedestrian safety.
High-quality drive components: The swing turnstile's drive components, such as the motor and gearbox, utilize high-quality imported parts. The motor delivers excellent performance by withstanding the large surges generated by instantaneous impacts, while the gearbox features a specially designed reinforced structure, significantly enhancing its impact resistance.
The anti-collision swing turnstile has five operating modes: normally open, normally closed, emergency, maintenance, and open. In normally open mode, the gate is configured to open in either the entrance or exit direction, depending on the traffic flow. This mode is primarily used for unauthorized continuous passage. The normally closed mode should be used in conjunction with the passage mode. In emergency mode, the swing turnstile is positioned in the exit direction. This mode is primarily used for managing emergencies or in conjunction with fire protection systems. In maintenance mode, the swing turnstile is at rest and the indicator lights change. This mode is primarily used for cleaning, maintenance, or repairs. In open mode, the swing turnstile faces either entry or exit, depending on the direction of traffic flow. If authorized personnel pass through normally, the swing turnstile remains open; if unauthorized personnel enter illegally, the door closes, accompanied by appropriate audible and visual signals. Open mode reduces the number of door operations, extends the motor's lifespan, and increases the flow of people per unit of time, thus reducing congestion during peak hours.
